2.1 Cancellation by Client

24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice, you are eligible for a full refund.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Semekar

If Semekar cancels a session for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@semekar.my or call us at 012-8149411.
Provide your name, booking reference, and the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for partially completed sessions.

5. Payment Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Generally, refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
